I place my order, and moments later, Anna appears, effortlessly balancing a towering stack of steaming plates. How he manages it, I’ll never know, but his smile is so warm it makes me feel like I’m part of the show.

I dive into the fluffiest idlis, and the usual thought of ordering a crispy dosa dances in my mind (let’s be real; this is more greed than need at this point). But the real wake-up call? The lively beats of Anna’s music and his cheerful singing fill the air, and if that doesn’t jolt you awake, his strong dabara filter coffee certainly will!
