SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
All orders shipped within 1-3 days once confirmed.
We ship globally.
International shipping charges do not include any applicable import duties or taxes that are due upon entry into the destination country. Any applicable duties and taxes must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. Please contact your local customs office for more information as this varies from country to country and we cannot predict the exact duty that may be applied.
RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
In case you receive a damaged plate, we will send you a replacement within 15 days at no extra cost.
The process is given below.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org about the damaged plates within 24 hours of receiving it. Include the order number and a photograph of the damaged plate.
The design of the plate cannot be changed during replacement. So another piece with the same design will be shipped as soon as we confirm the request.
A small amount of creasing may be present around the edges of the plate in a few rare cases. This is part of the printing process and hence is not considered as a defect or damage.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Each sale sponsors meals for the needy. Hence once a plate is sold, we will not be able to cancel or refund any orders as the amount is pledged immediately to the charity being supported.
