I had ordered the product on 13 December with the expectation that it will be delivered by Dec 19. To ensure timely delivery, based on telephonic assurance from your employee, I even dropped the customisation I had paid for. It’s 20 December and I am yet to receive the package. I have no idea where my package is stuck. No phone number to coordinate with and no update from Plated Project. While your business idea maybe good on paper, this is extremely poor execution. Never ordering from you guys again.

To start with the packingouter box packing was wonderful and even the product inside was so well packed with layers and not just thrown in, but very neatly done
the product itself now, very immaculate, aesthetic and really relates to the ulture of the cities like the Kolkatta one had all the right elemnts of Yellow taxi, metro, Howrah and the Victoria.
