Shipping and returns

We promise our designs are worth the wait. We take extra packaging and safety precautions to get our pieces to you in the best condition.

If you don’t hear from us immediately, please be assured that you’re on our priority list, and we promise to respond in 48 hours. 

 

Domestic Shipping 

  • Domestic orders will reach you in 5-7 business days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and national holidays in India).
  • Personalised items could take up to 12 days.
  • Shipping is a minimum of INR 100 per product. If your order value goes over INR2299, celebrate- because the shipping is on us, and will cost you INR 0! (PAN India)

International Shipping 

  • International orders will reach you in 12-15 business days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and national holidays in India). 
  • You’ll need to pay additional duties and taxes requested by your country. If you’re unable to pay these at the time of delivery, we unfortunately cannot refund you for more information about taxes and duty charges, please contact your local customs office for details.
  • Shipping is calculated at checkout on the basis of the weight of the product. 

General 

  • If you don’t receive your order despite the tracking portal showing delivery confirmation, please let us know ASAP- ideally within 48 hours. 
  • If you cancel your order, we may deduct shipping charges from your refund 

 

Exchanges and Returns 

Not happy with the product you received? We’ll fix that for you in no time.

  • We offer exchanges and return if your product is damaged or broken, or if we’ve accidentally shipped you the wrong design (though we go out of our way to ensure this doesn’t happen!)
  • If your product is damaged or broken, please photograph this as soon as you open the packaging, and send it to us within 24 hours of receiving the order. You’ll receive instructions on next steps, and we’ll send you a free replacement.
  • We cannot offer exchanges or returns on discounted or personalised products, or on international orders unless the piece you received is damaged, broken or incorrect. 
  • Please get in touch with us directly for queries on cancellations and refunds. While we pledge money to charity as soon as we receive your purchase, your satisfaction comes first, and we’ll always prioritise ensuring you have the best experience.
  • If the product doesn't quite match your home aesthetics, returns are welcome. Please note that in that case any shipping or personalisation charges are non-refundable.
  • For bottle returns, any unused Sipster bottle in its original packaging can be returned for a refund within 24 hours of receiving the order. However, the product will not be accepted if the labels and stickers have been removed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchange requests for bottles.
